Florida Medical Marijuana Registry: Everything You Need to Know

The Medical Marijuana Use Registry is managed by the Florida department of health and you can find the website for the registry here: Florida Medical Marijuana Use Registry. This website is a portal where you can log in as a patient and view and manage your account.

The Florida Medical Marijuana Use Registry website is a limited use site and can only be accessed by patients, doctors, and caregivers of individuals with a legitimate medical marijuana prescription in the state of Florida. When logging in, your username is going to be your email address as your physician entered it into the database.

If you are looking for more information on medical marijuana use, you are better off going to the website for responsible use, also managed by the Florida health department. (This site is titled “The Florida Department of Health
Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU)” but the website URL is “Know the Facts MMJ” in case you think you have been directed to the wrong website.)

If you need to log in to the registry to renew your current medical marijuana card, you can find all of the renewal information you need on the Florida Medical Marijuana Card renewal application help page.

A Note on New Developments

Recently – on August 27th, 2020, patients who qualify are now able to purchase edible medical marijuana items. In order to use medical cannabis edibles, your doctor must specify that edibles are prescribed. Doctors can also add an edible order onto an existing certification for medical cannabis use. How Dr. Tirmal Can Help

Dr. Tirmal here at The Medical Marijuana Doctor is dedicated to helping patients find relief from a wide range of diagnoses. There is no better feeling for all of the staff here at TMMD than to help a patient find relief from symptoms that they have otherwise not been able to find relief from through any other means. It’s about bringing a better quality of life into the lives of patients who are coming to the end of their rope, who are tired of suffering from pain and having their quality of life being destroyed.

What we love most about what we do here at TMMD is that we can help our patients to feel like themselves again and enjoy things that they haven’t been able to enjoy for a very long time!
